Reading the site needs no account. Sign in with Google to register and be counted in your block, or to reach the desk you were invited to. No passwords.
Use your own Google account. Students then finish a short setup and choose their block, where they are counted at once. Officers reach the desk the Executive Board invited their Gmail to, after the same setup. The privacy notice says exactly what is kept and why.

Students register with Google and choose their block. Officers are invited by the Executive Board. Levels 2, 3 and 4 are desks side by side: each sees only its own block, organization or committee. One person can hold more than one. Every change is written to the history.
