What the PUP Student Handbook (2019 Revised Edition) and the Constitution of the PUP Student Council say about using the University's facilities. The full documents are on the Transparency page.
Every student has the right to fair access to adequate University services and facilities, the libraries included.
Students may use University facilities for their programs and activities. Accredited organizations and student councils use them free of charge for meetings, seminars, cultural and athletic activities, under the University's rules.
The administration provides office space for student organizations, and bulletin and freedom boards for posters, notices and petitions.
A room used for anything other than a class needs approval first, usually from the Facility Management Office. University functions come first in scheduling. No one stays on campus from 10 PM to 6 AM, on Sundays (except NSTP or ROTC), on holidays, or when classes are suspended.
